Victory or Defeat, That is the Question Part II: Deteriorating Patriotism: Losing the Will to Resist Dear Brethren Last week I posed the question, Do we have the will to resist? Now we know the answer: NO! World opinion, media spin, defeatist philosophies, ignorance, bigotry, selfishness, atheism, pleasure seeking and spinelessness have combined to demand a cease-fire between Hezbollah (so-called party of god) and Israel. (What kind of god would sanction Hezbollah?) Meanwhile, Islamofascism runs triumphantly throughout the world, murdering thousands of people without a peep of concern from the Worlds Elite. Remember Sudan, India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippines, Madrid, London, Denmark, Somalia, much of Africa and central Asia and 9/11. All that used to stand in its way was Israel and the United States its two main targets. But now we see that Israel will soon have to obey the deluded Elites; and the United States government (Republican and Democrats alike) has little will to RESIST. For a moment, think with me about World War II. Chamberlain appeased Hitler. We looked away from Japans obvious goals in Asia. Did appeasement work then? Later on, could we have successfully called a cease-fire with Hitler or Japan during the hostilities? The answer is obvious. Why? Their regimes had demonic, anti-Christ goals of world control. They were inspired by evil pagan ideologies and delusions of power. They were compelled to carry on. So it is today! The Islamofascists are todays versions of Hitler, Tojo, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot. No negotiated peace will ever satisfy their bloodlust. EVER! As Rush Limbaugh said, Nothing will substitute for victory. Our diplomacy should be to generate support for the war (7/31/06). He and many others believe that Hezbollah must be completely defeated, never to threaten innocent blood (my word) again. Only then can we afford to relax for a moment. I am linking you to an article by Michael Ledeen, one of our most knowledgeable experts on Iran (http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=N2RlNjNjZWNlOTQzNTVjMTRjMWY4MzRkMDQzYmY5ZjM=). Please read his introductory paragraph! His conclusion is: there is no stomach for fighting the war against Islamic fascism. This answers the question I posed last week. Limbaugh believes that, because of our Elites belief in appeasement, a grizzly outcome awaits our children and grandchildren. If so, we will rue the day we foolishly followed the Elites (both governmental and cultural) and looked away. So, as always, I ask myself and you, What can we do? Some possible answers are:
