Dear Praying Brethern:

"O, Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; fear before Him the Lord reigns He shall judge the people righteously." (Ps 96:10-11)

Those of us who are angered by what happened to Terri Schiavo must remember the truth contained in the above scripture.
Yes, Terri was martyred by a gang of reprobates: a "husband"; his strange, pro-death, New Age lawyer; a local "judge"; other "judges"; media (which fabricated polls to suit their blood-lust); pagan liberals who enthusiastically and excitedly embraced euthanasia (wait 'til it's their turn to be disabled), etc.

Yet, do not fret! Jesus will meet them one day and, as Supreme Judge, He will say, "Depart, I never knew you." (Mt 7:23)

What terror awaits Terri's executors if they do not awaken to their monstrous sin, repent and beg for His forgiveness (which He will ever-so-graciously grant)!

It now seems they have triumphed. We have witnessed before our very eyes the "shedding of innocent blood," one of the few acts which the Lord says He "HATES" (Pr 6:17).

Has our land "crossed over," become so barbarian that it can never be reclaimed for righteousness? Have the hearts of Americans (and many so-called "evangelicals") become so hardened that God has given us over to our own lusts, greed, pride, arrogant, rebellion, indifference, humanism, CRUELTY, selfishness, immorality, etc.? Most of those sins were prominent amongst Terri's persecutors.

(I must add that from my own experience, EVERYONE who truly knows the Heart of the Lord by truly knowing the Bible was appalled by what happened.)

Yet, we must call out to the Lord for JUSTICE! He tells us, "Vengeance is Mine" (see Deut 32:43; Rev 6:10 & 19:2); our job is to wait, pray and expect God to act because His laws have been visibly broken (Ps 119:126).

Pray for the perpetrators, before it is too late for them. Prayer for our Nation ­ perhaps it is not too late.
