I write to you at the outset of this New Year to tell you about a most wonderful treatment for Prostate Cancer (PC): PROTON BEAM RADIATION.

I was diagnosed with PC last Spring and after much research and God's guidance, I decided to forgo what the urological establishment usually offers (surgery, standard radiation, or seeds) which can have grave side effects (incontinence, impotence and infertility) in favor of a less well-known but equally successful treatment: PROTON BEAM RADIATION.

This treatment is primarily offered today at Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) in California although new centers are springing up here in the U.S. and worldwide.

This form of radiation usually has virtually NO SIDE EFFECTS with equally effective results because proton beams can be aimed right at the tumor(s) rather than scatter-shot at the whole region (which helps cause the problems).

LLUMC (a Seventh Day Adventist Hospital) is the most caring medical facility my wife and I have ever experienced.
