Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Ruled Unconstitutional!
“O Lord, to us belongs shame of face… because we have sinned against You” (Dan 9:8).

Yesterday a federal judge in San Francisco struck down the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act (PBABA), ruling it places an “undue burden on a woman's right to choose an abortion.” Following the Massachusetts’ court order to “legalize” homosexual marriage, this further opens the floodgates of moral anarchy, thus guaranteeing more judgment upon the nation, including a costly war. Utter shame belongs to America for yet another brazen act of rebellion against Almighty God.

  • Justice Department attorneys argued that this procedure is inhumane, causes pain to the fetus and is never medically necessary. They said it “blurs the line of abortion and infanticide.”
  • Abortion advocates argued a woman's health is more important than how an abortion is performed, the PBA procedure is sometimes safer than conventional abortion and it is “irrelevant” whether a fetus suffers pain (www.newsday.com/news/nationworld/nation/ny-usabortionban0602,0,3967151,print.story?coll=ny-top-headlines).
  • This was the first of three federal court challenges to the PBABA. Rulings in the Nebraska and New York cases are expected soon. The U.S. Supreme Court will ultimately decide the issue.

While we defend ourselves against barbaric Islamists around the world, we are embracing our own barbarism at home – the kind that has destroyed great empires. Are our present troubles simply the fulfillment of God’s clear warnings? (Lev 26:14-32)
The comfortable life is over for Christian Americans. If we do not pray, act and end these anti-Christ abominations America will assuredly suffer a fate similar to Sodom & Gomorrah, Babylon, Greece, Rome and ancient Israel (Gen 6:13; Jude 5-15).

Please Join Us in Repentant Prayer:

“O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him… we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled…. all this disaster has come upon us; yet we have not made our prayer before the Lord our God… Therefore the Lord has …brought [disaster] upon us... O my God, incline Your ear and hear… because of Your great mercies. O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, listen and act! Do not delay for Your own sake, my God…. (Dan 9:4-19).” In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!
