"Let everyone who is Godly pray to you while you may be found"  (Psalm 32:6)

Yet Battle Is Not Over For CPCs

Fight the good fight of faith... (1 Tim 6:12). ·

It appears that New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer will cancel his unjustified and politically motivated subpoenas of ten crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) in New York (see http://wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=26653 and http://www.prayeralert.org/alertarchives/alert-02-01-03.html). While this seems like good news, each targeted CPC in New York will need to negotiate a settlement with Spitzer, which will cause them to be measured by his standard.

Spitzer spoke to the leaders of National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) in January 1999 and promised that a special reproductive rights unit would "address matters such as false advertisements for services ... by opponents of reproductive rights." Clearly, he was referring to CPCs.

In early February, California Abortion Rights Action League, the state affiliate of NARAL, held a special training session. Their goal was to teach members how to infiltrate and "expose the hidden agendas and activities that take place behind the doors of CPCs" so legal action against CPCs could take place (see http://wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=26611).

Christians around the nation must awaken to the fact that there is a spiritual battle, a life or death struggle. Matthew Henry, a renowned British Puritan preacher in the early 1700s, commented on 1 Timothy 6:12, "Observe, It is not enough that men of God flee these things, but they must follow after what is directly contrary thereto. Further, What excellent persons men of God are who follow after righteousness! They are the excellent of the earth, and, being acceptable to God, they should be approved of men... He exhorts him to do the part of a soldier: Fight the good fight of faith. Note, Those who will get to heaven must fight their way thither. There must be a conflict with corruption and temptations, and the opposition of the powers of darkness."

Please Join Us in Unrelenting Prayer:

Almighty God, AWAKEN your Church to the urgency of the hour. GRANT the Crisis Pregnancy Center in New York and around America VICTORY in their efforts to encourage mothers and save the lives of the un-born. May the CPCs not be forced to concede to man's standards. In Jesus' Name, AMEN! (Josh 1:6-9; Ps 9:1-10; Is 55:8-10; Eph 6:10-18; 1 Tim 6:12).ich we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen."
